Flying without wings.

Forget banana boat rides, forget jet skis, forget any other sort of water rides. today i was FLYING. the wind was amazing. we did reeching and whoa were the waves humongous. really i have no words to describe how it felt, but i swear i was going as fast or if not faster than a speed boat, surfing the giant waves, literally flying down them.the sail today could put any roller coaster to shame – it defiantely defined absolute exhilaration. it’s really an indescribable thrill better than any man-made ride can give.i can’t tell you much about amazing it feels - you gotta try it out.
if you want to know what it’s like to fly without wings, to fly barely a metre above sea level, get a boat and hope the wind’s good. after that, it’s just pure bliss – the feeling of freedom as you race through the endless sea.
have i told you how much i love sailing? *satisfied sigh* that’s why i’m still doing it – i can’t bear to give it up!
though now my arms and legs hurt like !@#?!#$@ cos i really hiked out until my legs were trembling just to stay on the boat kay. As much as sailing is amazing it’s also physically and mentally very demanding. sailors are tough people!
and i missed the Volvo Ocean Port race! argh. the everest of sailing comes to singapore and i miss it. great...
mmm pictures from this morning tomorrow. imma go bed now. *is tired*
